Shipping Information:
We ship to the 50 united
states, APO/FPO boxes, and P.O. Boxes. Orders to APO/FPO addresses
or PO Boxes will use only USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class
Mail. We do our best to make sure our customers receive their
orders quickly. Except for backordered items, most orders are
shipped in 5 business days and are shipped using Priority mail so
you will receive your order within 2 weeks. However, we do not
guarantee delivery dates.
Stock Availability:
Orders are filled on a
first come first serve basis. When an item has become unavailable,
we will contact you via email. You may choose a different item
or we will issue you a refund within 15 business days via
PayPal.
Returns & Exchanges:
Customer satisfaction is our #1 Goal. If you are not
completely satisfied with your purchase you may return or exchange
your item within 10 days from the date you receive it.
By law we are
not able to accept returns or exchanges for intimate wear-bathing
suits, thongs, g-strings, costumes,
teddies, babydolls.
By law we
cannot accept returns or exchanges on washed, worn, or soiled
items. For returns, there will be a $5.00 restocking
fee.
All claims must be made
within 10 days of receipt. You must contact us first for a
verification number at debbiesdesires@msn.com. Include original
receipt of return item with package. Merchandise is unworn, unused
and unwashed, in original condition with tags attached and all
original packaging intact. This includes all accessories provided by
the manufacturer. Shipping and handling are not refundable.
Once our warehouse receives the return
merchandise, we will issue a refund within 15 business days via
PayPal. |
